Shipping Policy

We process orders within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

• South Africa: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Internationally sourced items: some products ship directly from our suppliers and can take 10–21 business days to arrive. The product page or your confirmation email will indicate when this applies.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing or public holidays.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us at systemzero.hq@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Customs & duties

For international shipments, any import duties or taxes levied by customs are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
